Pittsburgh Penguins defeat Nashville Predators 4-1: The Penguins defeated the Predators to take a commanding 2-0 series lead in the Stanley Cup Finals. The Predators scored the first goal in the first period, but it was all downhill for Nashville from there. The Penguins would respond four minutes later with a goal that should’ve been stopped by Predators goalie Pekka Rinne. He’s had a terrible first two games of the series. The score remained tied heading into the third period until the Penguins scored ten seconds after the second intermission. They would add two more goals three minutes later. Those two goals were just fifteen seconds apart. Rinne will have to step up his game in Nashville if the Predators are going to make this series competitive. These two teams will play game three on Saturday in Nashville.
